School Rules

1. Follow directions and show respect to teacher/aide.

2. Keep, hands, feet, and other objects to yourself. No fighting, kicking, hitting, pushing, or pulling. 

3. Play safely and appropriately. 

4. Use only kind words towards others. No name-calling, teasing, insult and vulgar language. 

Consequences for breaking these rules are as follows:

In Class:

Our Classroom Rules

1. We will be respectful.

2. We will remember conversation rules: We will listen when others are speaking. We will wait our turn to talk.

3. We will keep our hands and feet to ourselves. 

4. We will make sure our classroom is a positive learning environment.

5. We will follow directions given by any adult. 

Points will be given to students who follow our classroom rules. Points will be taken away from students who break the rules. Reminders are given before points are taken. Students who loose several points in one day may be issued another consequence (i.e., think time at recess, loss of privileges, etc.).

At Home:

Homework

Homework is given on Mondays. Please return the completed homework on Friday. 

Please Do:

• the assigned homework on the assigned day
• help your child
• read to, read with, or listen to your child read EVERYDAY!
• keep the Home Links in the folder. Use it for a study guide.
• let your children type
• praise your child for hard work done!
• check class dojo at least once a week!

Please Don't:

• work ahead 
• do your child's homework
• type for your children
